SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 3 working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.

All UK orders are shipped via First Class post and arrive within 5-7 working days.

Nomad’s Treasures is a very small business. If there are any anticipated delays in shipping, customers will be notified.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship Internationally to most countries. We will only post International items via trackable Airmail to ensure the item is trackable from both ends and that your items arrive to you safely. Depending on where you live, your item will usually arrive within 10-12 working days.

If you would like to place an International order, please email us at [email protected] with your postal address and the codes, names or images of the items that you want to purchase. We will then provide you with your shipping options and issue you an invoice via PayPal to complete your order.

CUSTOMS & VAT
If you order an item from an EU country, you will not pay any duty fees under the rules on free movement of goods within the EU.

Items from Nomad’s Treasures cannot be sent or labeled as a ‘gift’ to non EU countries, in an attempt to evade local duties and taxes.

If you order from a country outside the EU you may be required to pay your local taxes and duties as per your individual country’s fees and laws. Nomad’s Treasures cannot predict these fees or be held responsible for these charges, or any delays in shipment due to the goods being held in customs in your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the correct authorities and pay the fees required.
