RETURNS & REFUNDS

Nomad’s Treasures does not accept returns for wrong selection or change of mind.

However, faulty items are able to be returned. We hope you love your unique, hand made items, but if for any reason you think your order may be faulty, you have the right to return products within 7 days after receiving your package.

Items must be returned in their unused and original condition and packaging.

If you want to return a product you must send us an email with your order number first and the reason why you want to return to [email protected].

Shipment costs and the item are your responsibility until the item reaches us. Nomad's Treasures does not take responsibility for lost postage and will not issue a refund should the item not arrive in its original condition.

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please note that our items are uniquely hand made, antique and therefore with imperfections that add to their charm. Items with existing imperfections cannot be considered for refunds as they are not considered as faulty.
